  1. Remember, ritual is muscle memory; once you start doing it you find yourself continuing to do it, allowing you to be hyperattuned to to the smallest act, thought and event while disregarding distractions. Ritual habits enable you to be both closed/open, micro/macro, mindful/mindless. Janet A
