The Resources section provides a wealth of researched information for your mind, spirit, and body, in business and in political awareness.

Many times we need a friend to talk to and other times we need a counsellor in times of stress. Included in the Resources section are entries to assist you to more effectively befriend and counsel yourself and to have the skills to responsibly help family and friends with enhanced healthy communication techniques. Feel free to learn together. You will find a greater depth of thinking and connection with others as well as an increased ability to make informed decisions and to move out of the “reaction zone.” Find freedom with integrity, determination and courage.

  1. Remember, ritual is muscle memory; once you start doing it you find yourself continuing to do it, allowing you to be hyperattuned to to the smallest act, thought and event while disregarding distractions. Ritual habits enable you to be both closed/open, micro/macro, mindful/mindless. Janet A
